The Coronavirus pandemic acted as a catastrophe to the lives of Businesses and had devastated their core health. In accordance with our GDP results of Q1 (April-June) economy shrinks by 23.9%, such a heavy and first plunge in more than 40 years supported by Manufacturing, Mining, and construction Sectors.

What does this date exactly tell us?

Yes, there is destruction in the health of Businesses but to be psychological; every cloud has a silver lining.

But to be very practical, yes, businesses are growing, and start-ups are opening in this pandemic.

Adoption of technology can give a great push to your business through which your business can attract customers and create its customer base. The adoption of technology in your business will lead to:

-         Reduce customer stress.

-         Customer physical purchasing will be reduced and by which you are saving your customer’s time.

-         This pandemic made a realisation to the customers that how much there is need of mobile phone, due to which there is not much decrease in the mobile industry. This is the time to walk with technology and enhance your revenues.

 

§  Build high performance team:

A high-performance team binds together, plays together, and stays together. To build a high-performance team should be the urgency and first urgency of any business.

-         Collaboration and competitiveness

-         Communication

Only the high- performing team should satisfy the above-mentioned essentials or priorities of customers.

 

HOW TO BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM THAT MAKES EASY TO ACHIEVE THE ORGANISATIONAL GOALS?


§  Communicate with your employees:

-         make your employees comfortable and focused on the vision and goals of your organisation.

-         Ensure their and theirs’s family safety, their on-going life, their health, etc.

-         Be patient with your employees.

-         Also, try to solve their problems.

 

§  Regulate seminars:

- Regulate seminars once or even twice a week to motivate your employees and this will also make a beatific bond between the employees and the company.

-  This will enhance the pressure and will boost the mental power of the employees; they will see that companies are making efforts and will enhance the inferno among the employees to work with them in the same flow.

-  Build strategies through ongoing seminars and communicate it in the best possible way with your employees. Take suggestions from the employees and their opinions too on the senior executive judgement.

 

§  Recognition on target:

-  Set individual target for the employees and make them apprise of their targets, set a certain period to achieve that target.

-  Convince and motivate them to achieve their specified target in less than the standard time. This would build the energy level of competitiveness and intelligence to acquire ways to achieve their target.

-   Award them through recognition in your open seminars or webinars. Now, this strategy would also influence other employees to say ‘If he can do, I can too’.
